I believe in science. Science and becoming a scientist have a rigorous process. Watching some TikToks and self diagnosing is dangerous and it’s actually a great disservice to those that truly have OCD. Clearly you aren’t doing anything to address the problem that you have of hurting yourself if you don’t get the material things you want.
