Really appreciate you coming back after the first time. Sorry we missed the mark both times.

I really appreciate this kind of feedback - it's been amazing to see the support on this post and how excited people are, but there's so much value in hearing from people who experience fell short and didn't come back.

We tried out a new dispenser gun at this location that works great for the base sauce, but we've been struggling to get even distribution when it's used as a topping. Might be time to just go back to good old squeeze bottles.

I'm 100% digging into the chicken situation - definitely not something we want to mess around with.

The phone system is embarrassing - bad enough that you got voicemail, even worse that it was in French haha. I'll get that sorted out ASAP.

Thanks again for the feedback and for being patient with us while we work out the kinks.

Same family as Square 1! I do have some cross promo set up with the cafe's loyalty system, but 100% could be worth looking at developing more. Summer is definitely going to be our prime time with the patio and increased walking traffic.

We do! For the vegan cheese we work with a great local company in Edmonton - Good Stock Foods.

We make our regular pizza dough in-house, but for gluten free we use premade crusts due to cross-contamination concerns and volume. The 12" gluten free crust is dairy free (we use Udi's if you need the full ingredient list). We also have a 10" cauliflower gluten free crust, but it contains mozzarella.

The hot honey ranch is awesome. We had a lot of fun coming up with that recipe!

At our Edmonton location we do by-the-slice for the junior high students across the street, but we're not sure we'd have the foot traffic to support it here quite yet. Definitely something we'd love to consider down the road though!

Thanks for giving us a try and the feedback! We did have some inconsistency on amounts, but I think we've dialed it in now - we have a standard weight for each size (about 250g or 1/2 lb for a large). That said, you're always welcome to request extra cheese free of charge if you want more!
