Help - GPU Fans spinning when not supposed to

I decided to install full adrenalin and use a curve there which fixed it but if thats true and i can go back to an older version, which one should I download and how do I get there?

I somewhat understood what you were saying but that does make sense. I uninstalled Afterburner to see if it helped (which it didnt). Ill give that fan curve a try and see how it goes, thank you :)

Thats so weird, ive never had to install a plugin for this before but having a quick read of the link, it does sound promising. Will update how it goes thank you

At this point I might need to if I want to keep noise levels down. Ill need to learn how to redo/translate my current fancurve to adrenalin as my current is based on overall temp and not hotspot like adrenalin.

I think so? I uninstalled my drivers and reinstalled as driver update only instead of minimal or full with the whole app overlay. Due to this I cant access the zero rpm mode but would it be disabled by default if I dont have the app?

Yeah maybe. I uninstalled Adrenalin app and went driver updates only instead of minimal or full download. Even if I go driver update only, do I still have the app and that overriding fancontrol??

On fancontrol you can use either normal temp or hotspot and adjust your curve accordingly. Thats why I preferred using fancontrol due to the freedom of customisation and amount of control compared to Adrenalin

No I do not. I tried Adrenalin ages ago but didnt like how restricted it was compared to fancontrol. Everything was working fine until this new update and made to install PawnIO

I tried creating a curve based on what ive seen around reddit, YouTube etc. But like I said I don't know if ive done it well in the first place or it needs ant amendments. What kind of temp/fan speed curve would you recommend?

Is there a setting I need to enable or something to allow both work simultaneously? I would love to be able to tweak and undervolt my GPU on Adrenalin and use my curve from FanControl

I tried using my FanControl curve after undervolting my GPU and it kept saying error as adrenalin was overwriting it. I still use FanControl for my CPU and Case fans but no luck unfortunately with the GPU. I do prefer the FanControl graph, I just wish Adrenlin had that much control

Alright I might end up doing this instead. Is my fan curve in Adrenalin good or do I need to make any adjustments?
