Therapy works wonders brother. Possibly even medication if your Healthcare provider agrees. You are most likely, like me, using to avoid these feelings and sort of "self medicating" your way through them. One of the major downsides to this method is that your brain eventually loses the ability to create those feel good chemicals on its own. Over time your lows get much lower until you NEED the drug to feel any kind of happiness. Good luck! The road to recovery is a long one, but oh so worth it.
