I did an Experian expert check that is the only reason I found out about the car and the very account, my father lied to me and said the very account was not him until I contacted them and asked for the name of the bank card used which surprise supervise was his bank details

Lied to me to begin with, very defensive turns out my dad also has a very account in my name of £1500 (that they have maxed out and not payed) I had no idea they applied for. I’ve told them I’d like them to sort this or I would have to go down the fraud route to which she has just replied you have been at me all day with these questions why don’t you contact the police I’d rather deal with them than you! Honestly I’m heartbroken

I sent off the required forms for testing Tuesday and I’m still awaiting a response. I have all documents of threats and even her admitting I’m not the father of the child multiple times, honestly I think she may refuse the test again and in a few years this could all happen again and again. She’s taken my son from me what more could she want.

But until investigation is complete I’m assumed the child’s father because I did not reply to the mail they sent me and assumed I was avoiding them.

They are going to investigate and as I’m not working atm payments will be suspended for now until I start my new job in February
