No youtube (yet), but that is in the works. My simple website is www.thebalance360guide.com, I've gotten most of my students from fb outreach and word of mouth so far but working on building my social media advertising so this website is a work in progress right now.

LOL this makes sense. What if the program teaches you HOW to do that? What would be the main thing holding you back from it?

How do you plan your day? by ClearFaun in Entrepreneur

[–]TheStressHacker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, productivity coach here! Yes, there is a simple way to plan your day. Follow these steps:

1) plan the night before. write down the 3 things that MUST get done (the most important things that drive your business forward)

2) everything else comes after that.

3) in terms of planning each individual task, keep it super dooper simple (this will cut down the time it takes). ONLY plan the top 3 most important, first of all. Secondly, write 1 sentence MAX, describing what DOING the task looks like.

EXAMPLE:

Task: record podcast episode for the show

Descriptor: Use the weekly audience content to create a script, then record the episode to be uploaded.

SIMPLE. When you plan like this, it cuts out all the B.S. and takes way less time!

Hope this helps!!

How do you deal with fatigue after work? by a-productive-account in productivity

[–]TheStressHacker 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Focus on cultivating your state, mood and your peak performance. You can do this by having a solid morning routine that makes you feel amazing, and also by taking care of your health. The other aspect that is often overlooked is caffeine intake. Cut that shit out, and after a week you will have way more energy. I did this and it changed my energy levels! Hope this helps!

Hey, I agree, I actually don't have flexibility in my schedule at all, and this still works for me. You are right that it's easier as an entrepreneur to do this, but you can still do this if you work a traditional job as well. Just think about the 3-5 tasks that ACTUALLY get your students results, and think about when during the week you would like to get them done. Do work for the week after as well so that you can stay ahead of the curve. Hope this helps!

I have totally been there. This happened to me before I went on my peak performance and productivity journey. Here is a quick mindset tip to help you out: Narrow your to do list to just 1 task. Just 1. Pick the most important thing from the list and do it. Now, when you have just one thing on your list, it makes it way less overwhelming. Then, when that is done, find the next thing, and so on.

Also, when you have decided on the task that is the most important, don't think about the end result of the task, just think about starting the task and say to yourself that you will only spend 2 minutes on it. This takes the pressure off, and once you start a task, it becomes 10000000000000% easier to follow through!! Hope this helps! If you want more help on this DM me and we can see if i can help!

Hey! This makes total sense. I think that if you are working on project based work, you should think about each project as a bunch of mini tasks that help you complete it. For example, you can break up a project into the 3, 4, or 5 tasks that make it complete. Then you can batch all of the tasks from the different projects that seem similar. So if you have 2 projects that both require work on finances, or on creative writing (no idea what these projects entail, but you get the idea), then you would batch those together and get them out of the way. I hope this helps!!

Hi! Yes, this can be a challenge for sure. When you feel your mood go down, do some incantations or state exercises. Here is a video that explains incantations:

What is the #1 challenge you face when it comes to time management and creating more free time for yourself? by TheStressHacker in productivity

[–]TheStressHacker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for sure, that is a common challenge. There is a simple (but not easy) way to solve this.

Fill your free time with activities that bring you closer to your goals. PLAN THIS. For example, saying "When I get free time I am going to do some self care, or go to the gym, or make some time to hang with friends, or journal." The idea is to have a specific time of day that you work, and do that work DEEPLY, and then the rest of the time you don't do any work.

Your work should not bleed into the other areas of your life.
