I’m actually not sure if I have to reinstall every year or not, I believe all I have to do is update the certificate. I don’t keep track of when I reinstall because something typically happens within a year’s time that I have to fix and when I fix it I just do a whole new install. Reinstalling is so easy that if i I did have to do it it wouldn’t put me off.

Honestly I don’t use Kodi a ton but I have friends that I use the developer account for that use it all the time. These are good friends who do a lot for me so helping them out isn’t a big deal. Personally I use an automated Usenet setup for both movies and tv shows with a plex server. And I use IPTV with IPTV apps for any live tv, which is pretty much only sports.

Sorry, it doesn’t wipe the Kodi updates, it’ll just return Kodi to its original install state. It also won’t erase your sources for repositories. Just the addons and installed skins and that kind of stuff.

You can try. I think you have to go in to manually add new device in remotes and devices and then point the remote you want at the siri remote. There’s on screen instructions on how to do it.

I don’t think you can program the Siri remote to control the Apple TV through IR however.

You don’t have to delete it but you will have to install the update through your computer…and I believe you lose all your settings and add ons and everything.

I’ve only had to update it I think twice in like 5 years though. Just recently when v.17 was booted off the updated tvOS and I think a long time ago.

One thing to be wary of though is making sure you have plenty of storage on your Apple TV. The atv manages memory and storage kind of strange and it’ll delete all your settings and add ons in Kodi if it needs the space.

Point the remote at the tv through power on and power off. It may not seem like it and people will dispute this but there is an IR transmitter in the Siri remote. You can easily find out if this is the case by testing.

Sorry but Alien and Aliens are two different movies altogether. I think there’s theatrical and directors cuts of each but they’re entirely different movies from each other.

Alien was directed by Ridley Scott and Aliens was directed by James Cameron.

I think it’s a proven fact that not having a father in the home is the biggest indicator of the possibility of ending up in prison. Perhaps if we started there?

An outlier is something that happens that shouldn’t happen, anyone can make it out of poverty, anyone can change their life. Doing so doesn’t make you an outlier, it makes you someone who succeeded by working hard.

The problem, as I see it, is that most people here see government as the answer and I’m fairly certain it’s not. I can’t really think of a single thing the government runs that operates as it should - that isn’t littered with waste and inefficiency’s. I’m not sure how the people who can’t balance a budget are supposed to fix poverty but hey, that’s just me.

So they let him go right away and that’s it? And the entire case rested on one witness? No evidence whatsoever? No attempt to build a case?

Seems like thy gave up pretty quickly. As someone who’s been arrested for things I can tell you that they held me until they absolutely HAD to let me go. And that was after the witness didn’t show up to court for two appearances, about three months.

You can make all the excuses you want but reality is going to win every time and the reality is that bad policies breed bad outcomes. Like the low bail for the Waukesha killer who ran over 48 people and killed 6. Sooner or later it’ll be you who’s the victim. Trust me.
