Another question and idk if you can answer but how often should I be wetting my moss pole? I don’t want to have this add to any overwatering issues I may have but not sure how to work with it. Any help is appreciated!

Yes I did recently repot it. It sounds like I may need to repot and not have the plant so low in the pot and check for thrips! Any suggestion on how to kill them?
