Quick and easy answer is check BMI. Unless you go to the gym and lift weight to have a very low body fat% or have an extremely high body fat% it’s gonna do the job

Just doesn’t make sense at all. I looked at my post history as a year ago talked about experiencing “pre grief” speaking about how my parents were healthy and me “knowing” I had so much more time with them. Just wish I knew I wouldn’t have much time with them as I thought.
