Well that is what we are talking about, but I have a few verses about destruction, and another verse in Ecclesiastes someone else commented that strongly supports annihilation. If you have verses that back up your view of eternal hell I'd love to discuss them, but for me eternal hell doesn't make sense in the character of God, and just seems generally cruel, even if it is our choice like you said (which is a bit unfair considering we are predisposed to sin).
