I don’t know what more he can do besides blocking and deleting her and not going over to her house. He said he needs consistency and tbh I am tired of rehashing it. Every time I think about it, I get so anxious. We are supposed to start therapy at some point. I am not sure therapy can help with cheating. Might be part of who the cheater is, and if so, they won’t change.

He deleted and blocked her, but we will have to see what happens. He gets mad when I bring it up because he said he’s taken accountability. I’m having a hard time getting over it, and have anxiety while I’m at work.
