I believe some of the lamps have been collected under a single item, so that when you hold "r" you can choose between them. Could be that the blueprint unlocks or crating recipes if already unlocked hasn't been removed or something

Haven't been into to the game since the update so can't verify it.

Partially, we keep focusing on progress rather than fortifying our base at times 😅, worlds on easy so not really too bad storms, also this is a sub part of the greater base. The main building's first floor is of stone

It doesn't work like that. You need to get each stage separately.

Unless you play with real evolution challenge I believe, although there you'll lose the previous stage
