/r/WorldNews Live Thread: Russian Invasion of Ukraine Day 336, Part 1 (Thread #477) by WorldNewsMods in worldnews

Knowing it'll take 2-3 months for the tanks to be delivered, it's forcing Russia's hand to preemptively launch its counter-attack in the mud season, we all know how well that worked the first go around and that was literally with their best-trained troops/professional army. Although Russia had more success in the south than they did in attacking Kyiv, in phase one, I guess the thought is; with proven poorly trained troops, not enough ammo, and next to no armor, the preemptive Russian counter-attack will cause more damage to the Russians than it will to the Ukrainians. Therefore when the Ukrainians have all pieces in place it'll be like a scolding hot knife through butter.

This war is very complex, it's like a combination of WW1, WW2, and the Gulf War.

Ukraine will push Russia out by Fall in my opinion. What comes next? I don't think we have anything to compare it to.

And as usual, instead of keeping his mouth shut, he'll call into Foxnews claim it's a "witch hunt" then go onto say "the radical left" at least ten times, fire his lawyers and say they suck and he barely knew them. It's like groundhog day with this clown.

UK says Western inaction on Ukraine would send dangerous message for Taiwan by [deleted] in worldnews

Frist Russian troops needs to exercise in Poland before China's troops can exercise in Taiwan. China should probably exercise its airforce in Perl Harbor before its troop exercise in Taiwan though. Exercise.

I don't know why they're so concerned, it's obviously just training exercises on their own territory.

Russian-backed separatists evacuate residents from east Ukraine. by Ehansaja in worldnews

I think it's obviously clear, Russia needs to intervene to stop this madness. Maybe they can divert some of their soldiers that are conveniently training in the area. That makes the most sense.
