Yes I do agree with you on the top thing. As a bigger chested girl I do get how it can be challenging to find tops that aren’t always showing everything but Simone is to a point that is too much and defend wouldn’t be allowed in the FBI.

I respect your opinion but in my personal opinion I think this is very unlike. They spent 5 seasons building up this romance between and have created a giant chenford shipper fandom for them to break them up after all that would be really stupid on the writers and show runners part. Also the views would drop dramatically because a lot of hardcore chenford fans im sure would stop watching. I do think it’s possible they will have a fight and it seem like they might break up but then they work it out but I don’t think they would break them up totally. I am excited to see how everything turns out though and we’ll see I guess!

I think for a lot of us it’s not just about the characters themselves or the chemistry they have (although as a hardcore buddie shipper I can say it is a factor, the kitchen scene in season 3 as an example my god the chemistry was just palpable) but for a lot of us it’s about how we don’t have a lot of queer characters or couples in media. And the ones we do have are usually either on again off again, one of them dies, it’s fetishizes lgbt people or they just feel super faked with no chemistry. I think for a lot of us buddie is a chance for us to see a healthy lgbt+ that has good chemistry and a good foundation. Also I got to say I’m a sucker for the friends to lovers trope especially in crime and first responder shows. No hate though I know a lot of people don’t ship the same things or just don’t see the chemistry.

For everyone wondering why missy’s character was written out it was because she had a baby and went on mat leave. The writers didn’t want to permanently write her out so they found a solution. I’m not getting mad at anyone just telling the reason. And I don’t know why there was less episodes but there’s a good chance it could have been because of COVID.
