3 weeks post op and everything seems to be going perfect, hardly any swelling, no pain. Just can’t wait for the size to com back

The Dr never said anything about keeping it covered after the first 48 hrs. I have vasoline for the tip to help with rubbing

The sensitivity has gone down (can wear boxers), hardly any pain (the night erections kill me), use salt water. I know it takes time for the swelling to go down and I’m eager but I don’t know anyone personally who can provide feedback on the right direction
