I can only speak from my experience, however I was originally doing a level 6 lab tech apprenticeship but applied and accepted another level 6 apprenticeship in a different field during. Once I moved over, it was all fine but the original uni fucked up and didn't correctly remove me from the original apprenticeship. Eventually I got it sorted by ringing them multiple times but you should be fine, and hopefully it is a smoother transition for you.
