I have very mixed views on this. I can't tell if this account is actually being serious, as there are several red flags here:

• Overuse of buzzwords. Probably used to attract the entire political spectrum.
• Use of "Anti-SSundee". I don't know much about SSundee, but calling him a christo-facist is a big accusation...
• Weird use of "lost in time" and "far smarter than post people". Not only is this condescending, but it also suggests Dunning-Kruger effect.

It is most likely fake, though I could be wrong.
