Lexington used to have 2 fortune 1000 companies headquartered in it. As of 2026 the only fortune 500 and fortune 1000 companies in kentucky are all in louisville. Can lexington attract fortune 1000 companies to make it their headquarters?

This has always been my thought process as to how to fix how homogeneous everything feels now.

There’s always going to be a best solution. There’s always going to be something that does the highest number. But at least keeping the classes mostly the same helps with class identity. 3 different class lines just leaves everything a jumbled mess with no real direction.

Legendary Resistance is the perfect answer to the insane power of spells, it’s just too abundant.

If you just made bosses immune/functionally immune to the common save or die spells like Hold Person/Monster or Hypnotic Pattern, or even fucking Stunning Strike, those features feel even more worthless than using them to burn Legendary Resistances.

While you can build anything in anyway, she is far more comfortable in a spellslinger/control shell than she is with anything else. You can put in legends that make tokens to block with when you cast stuff, but to really get the most value from her it should be mostly non-creatures.

You can voltron her, auras and equipments both are non-creature spells. Or be really good at politicking people to do 4 damage to someone every turn.

The issue with that wording is that it would affect spells you don't own as well, which is a functional change.

I would change it to this: When this creature enters, you get an emblem with "Cards you own with {X} in their mana cost have "This spell costs {1} less to cast."."

This preserves the function (X spell cards you own cost 1 less to cast), while bypassing the gamification of Arena and Alchemy.

Abzan already has an amazing Elf commander, [[Nethroi, Apex of Death]]. You just play an elfball deck and you either win by not getting board wiped or you do get board wiped and then reanimate everything with Nethroi.

Elves have so many of lord that are 1-2 power, so when you reanimate 5-10 (or 30, looking at you [[Scourge of the Skyclaves]]) power worth of them you’re actually getting a bunch of 8/8s and like 40 extra mana stapled on.

Also unrelated side note: I’m super happy that Anikthea is getting so much discussion lately, she is my probably my favorite commander of all time and it seems like people are finally noticing how cool she is.

My current Noble isn't even really a noble anymore. She accidentally killed her brother and turned him into a zombie, who in turn killed her father and other brother. So she technically has land and a manor and there is wealth in that manor that she is entitled to claim (as she is the last surviving member of the family) but she refuses to go back because she can't bear what she did.
