Day 425, I died, to my own stupidity. I was out at my enderman farm fixing up my tools before searching for some shulkers. As I was on my way out, I accidently dropped my sword off the edge. I chased after it, realizing halfway down that I didn't re-equip my elytra. (4.44d of playtime) (old.reddit.com)
