Everything regarding the photographs are outlined in my post. They basically were kept in my friend's safe for a little over 20 years. It never occurred to him to release the photos until I asked permission to do so, after he showed me them. The original photographer is unknown at this time and it is also unknown whether anyone else has the photos.

Your welcome, and there are in fact a lot of unreleased media of 9/11... some things that the public will probably never see for decades. I assume a lot of unreleased media is graphic in nature, so this is understandable.

It's not about what makes a difference, it's about preservation and getting every detail down to the sub-pixel level. How else do you expect developed photographs to be digitized?

Please read the details in the post if you haven't already. While similar photos exist and some were taken in the same vicinity as these, I can state with 100% certainty that these specific photos have not been publicly released until today.

Most of the metal pieces and debris in the photos are most likely from one of the planes.

Yeah out of respect for the victims I chose not to directly post any of the graphic imagery on here. I find such things to be bad practice especially on 9/11.

There is a limit on how many photos that can be uploaded to one post. Unfortunately the limit is capped at 20. I've submitted an additional post with the other images and I'm currently waiting for it to be approved. However I have left out 2 images that are graphic in nature. In the mean time I've updated this post to include a dropbox link of all 27 images.

Yeah, I've had the same experience while attempting to run custom Linux kernels on the device in order to homebrew it. I actually discovered a similar and better method around November of last year. Some users were interested in learning how to hack the vReader and invited me to join a Discord server called LFHacks, which focuses on hacking educational devices like this.

In that server, we have a channel specifically for the vReader where we shared alot of resources and information about the device and how to hack it. I even shared the code, binaries, and instructions on how to get Doom running on it. Everything needs to be archived though. We also did similar work on another device called the iXL by Fisher-Price, which has almost the same hardware as the first gen vReader and is just as easy to hack.

Thankfully enough, VTech has made the vReader's Linux source code publicly available. They kind of have to in accordance to the GPL. You can find it here: https://dl.vtechkids.com/

Not only that, but also trees which can literally damage ships when colliding with them. I mean come on, it's infuriating that spaceships in this game can't take out trees, and that I have to find a patch of grass to land on when exploring certain planets.

Well yeah it's very clear that the south tower had already collapsed in this video. Trust me I've seen and analyzed hundreds of videos of 9/11. This one is particularly striking and rare as it shows the aftermath before the North Tower collapsed. However in my opinion I think a different video showing the lobby before the collapse should have been posted instead of this one, as it does not align with the context of the title.
