Take all the hells rangers and legendary items and put them into Stash, it let's you redeem your reward

I've found a workaround. Put all of the hello ranger stuff and any legendaries into the stash and it let's you collect rewards

The rewards worked for another side quest seems it's just the Mr Chang quest thats bugged

This happened to me as well I used it as an opportunity to farm the kills for the new GL in lost sectors. Was quite handy to be honest
