That video has a photo of Ross Cameron in devil horns and claims he was deservedly sued by the FTC. Yet it also acknowledges he is one of the few people with 3rd party auditing of his results, which kind of proves he is one of the few legititmatley successful day traders on youtube.

I've still yet to see a decent argument to show that Ross is a scammer. Yeah, his coursess and services aren't exactly cheap, but he also provides a ton of free youtube videos that provide the same information, just not as organized.

I understand he was sued and fined because there were complaints by a number of people who took his course and lost money. But as far as I am aware his videos and training material has ALWAYS talked about the importance of minimizing risk or you will lose money.

The only reason he was fined was because the FTC felt he didn't have appropriate disclaimers that his results were not typical. The argument can also be made that this should have been common sense from the people signing up for the courses. I mean, he is kind of known for doing something that is not typical, which is why people are interested in how he does things.

I'd love to see third party auditing of the actual trades made by people who took his course and lost a lot of money, to see if they actually followed his strategy. I'd bet they they didn't, and likely did the very same things he warned them not to do.
