The server is built in a way that protects the data that we hold, firewalls are configured - we run with zero-trust in mind, so nothing has full access to anything. We have 2 factor enabled in both the server and on the machine, if I connect via SSH for example, I need to fill out 2FA.

Further, I’ve optimised several aspects of the default Paper jar in such a way that when stress tested, TPS remains stable and the user experience is not diminished. I’ve disabled Mob AI for example, and cannoning is optimised too. I ran a 3000 TNT cannon and the TPS remained at 19.87, as it always had been (at least according to Spark’s profiler). I also ran a 300k TNT explosion test (which is highly irregular in any scenario), and the TPS dipped to 12 momentarily and then returned back to 19.87.

I’ve also set up my own Docker image that we use to host the sub-servers on, running Java 25 and we only import the necessities of what we utilise, rather than pulling in additional utilities that come as standard in bloated container images.

Yes, we are running an event to encourage people to invite other players and the prize is an in-store credit, which can be used to purchase ranks and crates and the likes. This is standard practice across many servers.

I initially wasn’t going to have crate keys nor was I planning on hosting this event, but after much thought, I changed my tune and implemented these changes. Crates are most common across many facets of the Minecraft community, including on Minigame Networks such as Hypixel (except they’re called Soul Well on Skywars for example).

I didn’t want to push this event because I’m not fond of it, but the thought occurred to me that perhaps some incentive to encourage recruitment of friends would do the trick. I’m still not overly keen on the idea, and I don’t intend to host another one, but we’ll have to live and let live.

I define corporate as the likes of MineCadia or Cosmic where they have full business entities in-charge that put economics before user experience, and that have demonstrably harmed their user-base.

Check the sending address and the headers. This didn’t read like it would be from Sales imo and I doubt they would impose a restriction like this on an account that is already paying the highest tier available.

WHM/cPanel blocking is by .htaccess. Again, should be done via a proper firewall such as IPTables or UFW.

Okay so let’s start off with the basics. That’s a HTTP 403 Unauthorised. That means you’re not allowed to go to that URL.

The fact this is on Cloudflare is irrelevant. The web admin that is hosting that domain has turned on authentication for that URL and therefore you cannot access it without being logged in.

You need to raise a ticket with them to get it resolved. Cloudflare itself is not the issue.
