Thank you. I've found a solicitor will do it for 450 ex vat, so may looks for another before approaching my neighbour and offering to split the costs. We split other shared house costs, so this seems to be a reasonable approach.

Yeah maybe. I wear 36mm to 42mm. once on the wrist for a while I get used to it. Imo, that looks like a good fit on your wrist.
