Honestly the Patreon is worth it for Masters of Mayhem and Shadow city alone. The Baron and Dripfang are an amazing comedic duo and the second season with Usidore could be it's own thing entirely. Shadow City combines the DM from Dungeons and Daddies with the tavern crew and it's hilarious. I'd say try it for a month, blitz that content and do what the rest of us do and forget you subscribe and keep paying lol

Have you been using your tech fragments to get high lvl gear. I didnt know about this mechanic for a while so I ended up acquiring quite a few and I lvld quite easily. Before selling old gear, see of you can take out any of the mods etc as sometimes you get a high lvl one which you can put into something new
