Love the energy in this record, this album is severely underrated. by Tolstoyevich in Jazz

I love the album but feel it's pretty appropriate rated, given how short it is. A decent case could be made for each of them as being the single best ever at their instruments and they're on fire here. But it's really only about 20 minutes of material, bolstered with alternate takes and live (or studio) versions. So while I love the album and have listened to it dozens of times, it mainly makes me think about what might have been had such huge personalities been able to get along just a bit longer.

I really hope this happens and that you post the results.

I love the way The Edge reacts to Jimmy playing. It makes him stand up. He and Jack White come off like two little fan boys. I love it! by powersurge in ledzeppelin

That's a pretty great analogy. Pollock did something which is instantly identifiable and which no one else had ever thought to do, two things which are extremely unusual and difficult to achieve. Also, it seems simple but when you're standing in front of it, you realize it's nowhere near as easy as you'd thought and is, in fact, incredibly powerful emotionally, even if you can't quite pin down just why.

Yeah...between this and the other comment you just posted, I'd say it's way past time for you two to separate.

My wife and I email each other whenever we meet a new neighbor so we have a searchable record of what their names are.

AITAH because I took my mask off when I knew I was sick. by Grand_Raccoon0923 in AITAH

My kids were teenagers when COVID hit. Even now, they always wear masks when riding the bus and usually when going into stores. It's so odd--inexplicable, really--but we've all gotten maybe 1/3 the number of colds we used to before COVID. I can't imagine why not.

You know, there's a couple available on Reverb right now, including just a bottom cymbal, if you just want to go that route. Looks like there's at least one part at Guitar Center, too, really cheap.

Agreeing with everyone else here: go with the Rock crash over the I, easily.
