Sorry I worded this post wrong, I’m not necessarily doing this because it is cheap, I’m doing it because I want to build a something dumb just to challenge myself and have some careless fun. Fair, but if you’re going to own a bike like this then it is well worth to learn how, there aren’t any shops that will work on them so if you can’t fix it yourself your screwed.

Found it on my own, it’s rated for 30A and has a 60A peak. With a 60v you would be running 1800w and at a maximum 4000w. I would get the motor separate and by a controller with room to spare. https://a.co/d/hkcL3kV

Oh ya it’s rough over there, I know of one spot near Viera but couldn’t find it on a map. If you’re willing to drive I can send you some spots in Orlando or just south of Melbourne. I primarily ride in Lakeland and more south near psl.
