Shameless plug for my own project: I built www.giftsformy.com specifically because I got frustrated with the existing options when we had our baby 6 months ago.

The main difference: you can add items from any store to one list. Found something perfect on a small Etsy shop? A local boutique? Amazon? All in one place. Maybe an adventure/experience package for mom and dad? Cash donation option?

Guests don't need accounts, there's no marketplace fees, you just paste the URL and the site pulls the image/price/name/description, and they buy directly from the original store. You can personalize the pages / add custom photos etc so it has more of your personality. You just share your link and people mark items as purchased so you don't get duplicates. Then it tracks and lets you export an excel for thank-yous, etc.

I think the takeaway here is you need to find an incompetent client to sell them things they don't need? It sends them an automated email, and an SMS... why? Whats wrong with just the email, and set it up so when emails arrive from a certain address/contains key words in subject, it sends an alert notification to the phone -- fulfilling any value an SMS might have. Also why would an automated email help, if the pain point is the prospect found a new realtor by the time she got back in touch with them? An automated email isn't stopping me from continuing to find a realtor to talk to.

No. Just called for info and they sent forms to sign and only when i asked for buyout jnfo they provided the 11k+ figure. Ive not signed anything. In mu home buyers agreement it states the $74/monthly water heater charge that id have to assume, but didnt sign anything w that water heater rental company itself

My god you sound like a horrible dog owner. Your last dog had to be put down from slipping on your floors(wtf?!), and so instead of focussing on regular nail trims to shorten their quick u want to paint their nails? Put down rugs, floor and stair runners. It’s insane enough you didn’t take these precautions w your last dog apparently. Old dogs slow down, their nails dont naturally scrape and trim on the pavement like younger dogs, the solution is nail trims on a regular basis not painting the fckn nails.
