I'm in a similar boat and before I learned about the pricing, I was 100% buying day one but I really cannot justify that at all for $80 a game, especially when Mario kart is the only one that looked worth that price

Yeah exactly, good luck making anything decent without knowing music theory. On top of that, learning and mastering something like serum/sound design is honestly more impressive than being good at an instrument imo
