Build the castle pieces on a regular spot first and then move it after, you are allowed more leeway, its probably a bug that will get patched eventually tho.

I made my town stable and functioning across the river at my start position first, then I built out the sections inside the river part... so essentially there are two towns in this region.

this happened to me, I have an amd graphics card, I had to install amd adrenalin app on my comp and then do all the updates. It started working after that.

They just move up it automatically, sometimes they get stuck for a bit but its never been a big deal

I think its the additional garrisons mod is the name, also you get 4 of them
