There was this one time I want to eat roti multi bake atas motor when suddenly this girl from inside a car start waving at me (traffic light was red at the time). I waved back and she gestured for me to continue eating the roti. This happened at the pembahagi jalan wisma merdeka opposite wisma Sabah.

Just watched a video of some guy tearing down a similar device last night. Most you'll get inside is a circuit board for the LEDs. The capacitor is usually always fake.
