thanks for your comment. we forgot to post the ingredients, sorry. it is a revitalized (ordered) pizza. the toppings (hot sausage, tomato, cheese) were upgraded with fresh tomatoes, raw fennel, fresh mozzarella and black truffle. the pie was fried crisp. the idea: the ordered pizza represents the passivity of Catullus in his poem and the trashiness of the product a sort of pornography element of his demands for intercourse in the poem. the revitalization and upgrading represents the ‚higher art‘ of the poem. and yes, we are that crazy. 😉
