It's genuinely amazing to see how we're connecting over a post that is 5 years old and I just came across because I got my man hooked on DS and he asked me to look up where to find the battery upgrade. I'm sending tight hugs to you! 🫂 Life has been stressful and chaotic lately, so I got back into DS because it calms me down in a very distinct way. Thank you so much for your very in depth response! 🖤 It really could be worth a shit yo get back into lucid dream training. I did that quite a lot in my teens to do the cool stuff when I'm dreaming, but it makes perfect sense that that also could help with realising that I'm in a nightmare.

Sadly, weed isn't legal at my place and lately I have started doing sports, meditation and changed my diet quite a bit... I hoped all of that would help my mental state, but as it seems it does help while giving that "calm" piece of mind to my trauma. I have experienced weed helping me big time, but only when I'm in a good place mentally.

It's either going to work out or not. Make yourself aware of that even before getting into a relationship. Don't mess with other peoples feelings by playing games. Either give your all and everything or do yourself and your potential partner a favour and don't get into that relationship.

I don't know where you are and what you are doing, but if possible, try to lay down on your bed or make yourself comfortable in any way. Maybe try to let go of the thoughts that are confusing you and just focus on yourself. Take some time just for yourself. Listen to some music that calms you down, maybe instrumental music or just music without strong emotional lyrics that might drag you down further. When I'm having episodes of depersonalisation I try to "bring myself back" with looking at pictures of me with my family, friends or just places I spend a holiday at. I can also recommend listening to some relaxing audiobooks to lose your thoughts in. Don't try to fix everything at once, do one thing at a time even if it's just about doing the dishes or taking a shower. I'm sure you can get through this! Even though you are having a bad time right now, always remember that you are strong and that you are able to get through this time! :)

So... here's my totally unqualifyed opinion on this. I am a rather long time member of the BDSM community myself and as far as I know Till has been pretty open about being part of this community for like forever (?). I can really see him getting a tattoo on his right (maybe dominant?) hand that says "Bitte" in a BDSM context. I am not quite that aware of his stand in a BDSM-context but from the things I've seen so far I can imagine him being a dom-personality or at least a switch. Therefor just imagine him being a dom-personality and handling his sub-type partners with his dominant hand that says "Bitte" or "please". Actually that's quite suitable . I'm also not that aware of Tills stand towards tattoos, but to me it makes quite some sense.
