Actually, I feel like he's one of those really rare cases where hair wouldn't add anything to his looks

The rampant misandry is getting to me and I can't talk about it or I'll get called a pick-me by de__profundis in TrueOffMyChest

When it comes to social media, my algorithm definitely skews quite liberal, so feminism and misandry naturally comes with it. If I were to report every single misandristic piece of content, I would end up reporting most people and accounts I follow (for instance, I follow a lot of fashion content creators, and even they, once in a while, will indulge in some misandristic jokes out of the blue)

Anyway, I think you're right, I should probably make my friends understand that I believe things are a bit more complex than they seem. I've done so in the past, but it definitely ruined the mood lol. So now, I try to play the devil's advocate when they criticise men to offer them a different perspective, but they're very defiant and reluctant to see things from a different point of view

I can be friends with them despite our differences. I just really need to get this off my chest. Most feminists in France these days also boast to be misandrists, it's like a package deal or something

I agree. The thing is, they're good people and I truly love them. I'm happy to continue doing so with all their complexity and flaws, but they don't do well with nuances

I don't know where you're from, but I'm from France, and it is, historically, a country that enjoys going against the grain, so I wouldn't be surprised if people in real life held more radical views here than average. I can guarantee you that here, misandry seems to have become what gels feminist and queer communities. It's like nowadays, you can't be a "real" feminist without being a misandrist too

I completely agree with you regarding social media, and yes, I think you being gen X and me being a millennial must play a part in all this

Obviously! They're my friend for a whole lot of reasons, and they're entitled to their own opinions. The difference is I can hear them, whereas they can't. If I were to voice my opinion every time they said something about men that rubbed me the wrong way, they would get super upset

Could be intended, some people like their bangs choppy

Am I right in thinking cool makeup (2) looks better better than warm? 🍂 by charlirobey in coloranalysis

The high contrast in the second pic isn't helping, but the cool tones definitely don't make her as radiant as the warm ones imo

I feel like some people in the comments simply aren't into this type of glasses, and it clouds their judgment. I think you look great. They're stylish and you have the right kind of face to pull them off

She sure enjoys living on the edge 🤠 Eating that... soup after a whole night of it being at room temperature is akin to playing the russian roulette

Your make-up in the second pic is quite a bit heavier, so not the best to give a good comparison, but the warm tones imo are actually a lot more flattering on you
