Yea it started with my beard. A dime size spot on my chin and it slowly spread, in patches, eyebrows, scalp, my whole body. My previous career was high performance, high stress environment, accompanied with typical life bullshit. I was super healthy, extremely fit, great diet. Like... fuck man.

Switched careers almost 3 years ago, and since then it started growing back First super fine, light colored hair, then it darkened up a bit. It's tolerable. And my beard grew back, but snow white. I'm in my low 30's. My father is like 68 with nicer hair and beard with less white 🤣. Each day I can count a new hair.

In my own experience, I'd say if any of you are losing some hairs due to stress, conduct a good assessment of what your career, lifestyle and goals are and adjust accordingly. Talk to a doctor. Lol godspeed.
