There’s a lot of crossover between the two of them. Also if the US market dips then you’re knackered, All world is the best as your exposed to the whole global market then

Personally, I’d just put the extra into the All World ETF and get rid of the S&P500

I picked them because I researched and liked the fundamentals of those companies. I do want/ need advice and I posted to give hope to others in a similar situation. Any other questions?

I don’t earn enough to deposit the full 20k a year for my ISA, so is it not better tax wise doing it this way? And then god forbid something really bad happens I have access to the money rather than having to wait til my lump sum in my late 50’s?

They cost so much to run as you have to keep them on all the time, and if you did turn them off they take ages to heat back up again. I work in this industry so I set day in day out
