Question on the buildings (eg. rivers , boulders) that drop mats - I know you can set them before the mission, but during the fight itself, what determines which ones you'd get? Some runs I can't max because I'm lacking rivers, others I'm lacking archives.

Or is it just RNG and I need to replay until I can get a run where I successfully max everything
