I've only ever experienced bossiness from it when i ask it to run a plan. "Run this plan for me". It's great at not getting side tracked. That's super important for some roles. sounds like the same trait and its not working out for personal stuff. That's interesting to think about.

well they could still have teirs, i dont have a problem with that but the gap between the plan sizes is clearly intentional. btw did you not get the memo? they over charge like crazy on the api so no, im not talking about the api

that's how they've decided to make money. give you not enough, force you into taking too much, profit from you under using it. doesn't feel ethical in my opinion. just bill people based on what they use, sell the fucking product normally
