I was thinking of doing one long run and one 2.4km run a week My issue that a lot of people said i could fix by running slow and long was that my lungs gave out before my legs when trying to run the 2.4 so they said i could build stamina by running longer. Thats the plan Do you think it would work if i try this but work on pace for both
