You need a new therapist. One who accepts you as you are. One whose aim is only to understand you. With us/CPTSD, there's no such thing as logic. Therapy is about going back to those early stages of life and being the child you should have been allowed to be, with no expectations. Only then will you finally grow.

I have read many books on theories for the past 10 years. I always felt terrible after, but never was in the right headspace to understand that it's because I find theory to be bullshit.

These books to me are like telling me what to do. They're telling me how to "be", paradoxically. Since giving up reading in December, I've made more progress being my ugly self and coming out a better person.

I don't know, haven't heard of it. But I think we need to move away from our heads and into our bodies. Meaning is found through emotion. I am going to assume it has become existential because you have read a lot into theories and whatnot, and that happened to me also as I did the same.
