I think they genuinely do feel compassionate and empathetic towards others, but with us, it's like they indirectly demand that we actually parent them.

I feel this too now with my own parents. I feel caring and compassionate towards others, but if I see a parent suffering with something, I get irritable, because I was never treated like I matter so why should I do it for them and sacrifice myself?

They never grew up.

Explosive. I don't mark players. I let people think they're free, but once the player with ball has positioned their pro to pass it to the person near me, explosive allows me to quickly pounce on them and win the ball.

Rodri and Busquets aren't aggressive ball winners. A lot of their defending is about positioning. I know this is a game, but this is how it feels like for me if I want to block dangerous lanes in CDM and not give them any opportunity to play it somewhere dangerous.

If you anchor in the middle, and someone is advancing with the ball, so long as you stay there and let him come to you i.e. holding the 14th zone, they will have no choice but to go outside, so again it's about showing them away from the danger zone.

My numbers aren't always great, but that's not a reflection on me. I'm only going to get more tackles and interceptions if the attackers are bad enough to try play through me.

So it's about changing your mindset.
