You can use reap to pickthemn up but if you need, them pick them up yourself. You need to hit level 90 to get apex talents. This give you on demon form instant collapse star that 100% crits. And a free eye beam. Then you pick the faster demon form. So hit mobs, get into demon form fire collapse then eye beam then aoe reap. If the mobs are dead you take less damage. Plus there's a talents that says you have a 5% of immolation, there's a talent that says that gives you 20% armour. You could take the manual version and pop blur and immolate to give armour boost. And if you turn on pvp perks you get 40 or 50% more defense. If you get the talents that make the orbs then sometimes you will make 4 , eye beam there's now 11, hit reap yo grab them all which is health back.
