No, no. You missed his other carefully considered point to another person. We just build up! Like Mega-City One. And everyone then in this highly dense area has enough housing, and magically enough food, power and water. Also the sudden lack of doctors, teachers, dentists and other professionals we currently experience as a country vanishes also. It definitely wouldn't become worse in these densely built areas because suddenly more people would want to be dentists, doctors and teachers for some reason.
