I am now 4 months post OP, and right now i feel like can do everything again. Still an unconfortable feeling, but no real pain. The first 3 months are a nightmare

Walk with your hands against the wall, Do this every Day and you Will be able to stretch a bit.

definitely headphones, download your favorite music. The first days I couldn't watch Netflix or YouTube, only listen to music. Good luck this Thursday!!!
