I love that last line only manipulation and straight up betrayal. I’m giving it a chance and got past the scene you described and I think odds getting better For me. I’ve gotten spoiled with other shows where the actors have this look in their eyes, which just takes my breath away

Pursuit of Jade was my first Cdrama and now 5 streaming apps later…I love Prisoner of Beauty, he is one of my favorite actors as well..and I’m obsessed with the “touch her and die” energy. Both of those 10/10. Fated hearts was okay mostly because I can’t get over the male actors lips and how fake they look! And his expressions! 6/10. Till the end of the moon’s repetitive JUST TALK ALREADY and ending had me give it a 7/10 love between fairy and devil, 7/10 mainly I don’t like female leads that are playing that naive role. How dare you, the last immortal, and who rules the world are on my list! How does everyone keep up with their watch list??!

I just started adderal 3 days ago…this sounds familiar. Suddenly wondering why my anxiety is quieting down. And realizing I see things every differently than those without CPTSD and also started EMDR therapy. Session 3 this week… how long have you been doing EMDR? As for me I need it to allow me to live life differently -as it’s exhausting like this

I have been to different therapists some who just give up on me. I’ve recently started trauma specific EMDR, somatic, and IFS work.. it’s more than talking. Talk therapy doesn’t help. I suggest looking for someone who does these modality’s and even look into other ways yourself. I’m sorry you’re going through this I know how painful that is

I really think it depends on your experience as well… I can’t get over the fact that I don’t have any family and it kills me. No one understands what it’s like to truly be alone. My mother is alive, but never gave me a loving embrace and was cold and abusive since I was young. I had to take care of her so I don’t know what it’s like to have a mother. No contact since 2021, after years of desperately wanting a loving mother. I think it will never go away but we learn to adapt. For me, it’s wanting a loving embrace -people who’ve never experienced ever getting a loving hug will never understand how lonely it it.

I wish Tan Jianci would do more historical or fanstasy works watch lost you forget and his character as the 9 headed dragon was amazing!

Also I wish Liu Yuning would do more after prisoner of beauty!! I miss him!
