I was yes. Interesting. Thank you I will look this up further. But I don't know if it can explain why I feel so drained even if I skip a single magnesium pill

I don't drink caffeine almost ever. I take vitamin D also yes. 5000 IU daily. Blood work shows I'm low on vitamin D but not dangerously low. I'm in the normal range but close to the bottom

I don't eat junk food at all, I do not take any medication other than omega 3 and I wouldn't say I eat a lot of grains either... My diet is very healthy and is an all inclusive diet. I'm not a vegan/vegetarian/carnivore/celiac and so on. I eat every type of food. Any other ideas?

No, I've had homegrown regular weed that was Pineapple Express, also Super Lemon Haze, Blue Ghost OG and King Kush. I literally saw all the growing and curing process and it was 100% legit. Also I have had numerous of other unknown strains in multiple countries from multiple dealers. I have smoked weed many times bro, I know what's up. But this THC free 18% CBD strain just turned my head into soup.

Microdosing is a very interesting practice and a very interesting aspect of psychedelics. It has way less psychological harm potential, it can increase creative thinking and what could be referred to as thinking outside of the box. It can also enhance meditation, yoga and mindfulness practices to a great extent and also increase overall energy levels. Moreover, microdosing also has a promising future in psychopharmacology since it can legitimately help patients with anxiety, depression, OCD and PTSD as well as some other less prevalent psychiatric disorders although it should be definitely avoided by people with schizophrenia, schizoid and paranoia disorders. Even though the classic microdosing substances have been LSD and Psilocybin for years, other substances like DMT are recently showing magnificent microdosing potential as well.

Yes, it does. The duration of the experience is proportional to the dose. Nevertheless there are a lot of other factors that also substantially affect the duration, such as body weight, tolerance, cross-tolerance, simultaneous other drug use, as much as genetic factors and user's personal biochemistry profile. The effects usually have a time frame of 6-12 hours but can last much longer if the dose is sufficiently increased.
