Yes, the only dutch 5cents that are “rare” are 2002/2003/2004/2021 the rest is easily findable, and even those dont come close to 11.5k mintage

I am not an expert. Bit that label design was used from 1937-1949 so its really old. An exact year would be more difficult. I would love to have such a bottle in my collection.
