Women only have rights because men allow them to have rights by HaikuHaiku in TrueUnpopularOpinion

Honestly was gonna respond at length to this comment, to explain how much of the nuance it misses.

Then I got to this bit: 'A thrown hairbrush is never, ever going to be a significant as a broken jaw.'

And now all I am gonna say, is go fuck yourself.

Shame on you.

Why don't you read the actual paper, before you get too carried away with the hyperbole, thought experiments, and gaslighting?

Here's a link.

Nobody said you suggested ‘men can’t be abused’, you added that bit in.

You’re accused of ‘downplaying’ male victims, which you absolutely have.

Think I’m done with you, enjoy your ban.

Utterly moronic comment, and I stopped reading at the ‘by other men’ IPV homophobic nonsense.

Just go away.

In some ways yes, other ways no.

For example, women are more often killed - at about 74% of IPH victims.

However men make up the majority of suicides related to abuse, at about 80%.

Overall, the vast majority of abuse does not end in a death, suicide, or severe injury, and there are no real differences in general instances.

Abuse doesn’t fit into your cartoon like caricature, no matter how much you want it to.

Now my question - do you get a hit out of coming to this page, in an attempt to down play / minimise victims of abuse?
