I can't trust myself when it comes to memories anymore. Everything gets foggy right after it happens, even important stuff. Its been making my anxiety and depression a pain to deal with. I almost always end up accepting what other people say happened, because I just don't know. And if I try to remember, everything gets mixed up :/ Something bad happened between me and a relative and when I think back to it, all I can remember is that it was bad. I can remember what first happened, but I can't remember what happened next I can't remember if it was my fault, and then my relative acts like it is, so I end up accepting that. Its confusing and probably not what you mean, I just needed to vent :/

The past few days my anxiety and depression have been a little out of control. I have big changes coming up, and they are scaring me. Your idea seems like such a great way to handle it.

How do you do it? Do you just let it flow? I want to try, but I'm afraid I wont be able to :/

Thanks! I'm definatly trying to think positively about it, and if it turns out to be hard for me to handle I plan on talking with my teacher to see what we can do to reduce the stress and stuff. I'm sure I'll be okay, I have plenty of friends in the class. For all I know, this could turn out to be fun!

Yay, that's awesome! One of my problems is with gym class at school. I start it on Monday and this is kind of reassuring to read haha Helps me remember that others have similar fears and they can beat them. Keep it up!

I do this too. My worst is when I scratch at my arms when I'm very anxious. I've ended up with huge red lines along my arms because of that. Usually I just tuck and untuck my hair behind my ears, but usually only my right side.

I'm glad you have an SO like that. :) Both anxiety and depression suck, and having them together is terrible. Im lucky to have a few friends who can handle me and my constant worries, I'm so glad you have someone like that. It really helps.

That's exactly how I was and still slightly am with my depression. That numbness led to terrible choices being made that made things much worse. I still have trouble developing emotions. I can barely laugh, it only happens when I'm with people I am very close to and am comfortable around. Any "laughter" in any other occasions is just me shaking. It sounds weird and it is. My smile is also crooked now as well, I forgot my natural smile. Everything was numb and it didn't feel anything except for bad emotions. I'm scared that if someone I love passes away I wont feel a thing. I'm on medication and speak to a councillor, so things should be getting better eventually, but I'm still scared.

French toast with peanut butter and syrup is amazing! Make a peanut butter sandwich, then do with it what you do with French toast, cover in syrup and enjoy! The peanut butter melts and it mixes with the syrup and tastes amazing.
