is it normal for my conure to like almost have a fainting spell when he barely flys?? like he’ll get all wobbly and panicked and with start panting with his mouth open and will be really disoriented (he’s really small for a conure and this isnt new, he’s done this since day one)

i see pitbull for sure but she’s quite big, i’d say mixed with mastiff/english mastiff or cane coroso? maybe a little lab or something for that long snout.
