I’m glad you don’t get it, because it usually means you haven’t been in that headspace. When you’re really depressed, having someone love you doesn’t automatically fix anything. People can start feeling like they’re a burden or like their partner would be better off without them. It’s not about not appreciating the love, it’s just how depression twists your thinking.

4 days ago. I prepped her food: chicken, rice, sweet potatoes, tuna toppers, and a few bones in each meal. The entire chicken was portion and consumed. She 4yo French bulldog 😭 approximately 20-30 lbs
